Hotel and Room Options

Please note that some of the hotels are fully booked now. We will be adding other hotel options very soon.

Accommodation

Forum d'Ideias has secured hotel rooms in the conference venue and surrounding hotels. Here is a map of hotels in the region.

In order to benefit from the special conference rates, please book your hotel accommodation, in advance.

All rates are per room, per night incl. breakfast (if not stated otherwise), service, taxes and all other charges.

Hotel reservations can only be guaranteed, if a one night deposit has been received by Forum d'Ideias. The deposit amount will be deducted from the hotel bill when checking out.

We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. Forum d'Ideias will not be able to guarantee rooms after July 23, 2008. After this date room reservations will be handled upon availability.

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of their hotel.

Payments

Payment of accommodation fees should be made in Euros by one off the following methods:

• By Credit Card: i.e. Visa, MasterCard, or American Express
• Bank Transfer: Please make drafts payable to:

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the accommodation fees. Please ensure the name of the congress and the participant are stated on the bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

All changes or cancellations have to be made in writing to Forum d'Ideias. Please do NOT contact the hotel directly.

• Up to July 23, 2008: full refund less handling charge of € 30.
• Cancellations received from July 24, 2008 - No refund.

In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and all payments will be non-refundable. All hotels are legally entitled to charge the entire stay as booked by the client. Your credit card will be charged for the cost of the full stay in case of late cancellation, after July 23, 2008 or no show.

Liability

Forum d'Ideias shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his /her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.

Official check in time in all hotels is 3:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am.
